This material pongee is a 100% polyester woven fabric. Our company was founded in 2000 and has 26 years of textile experience. Our factory spans 20 mu with about 100 workers and advanced looms. Monthly production is 20,000 meters. We accept OEM/ODM orders with a 1,000-meter MOQ. This fabric is available from 190T to 320T in plain, twill, check, and jacquard variations.
FDY Warp and DTY Weft Give Softness and Elasticity
It uses FDY yarns in the warp and DTY low-stretch yarns in the weft. Half-stretch and full-stretch versions are available. The fabric has a soft, gentle luster and a smooth, comfortable feel. It is elastic, wear-resistant, does not shrink, and is easy to wash. Finishes like water resistance, down-proofing, and anti-static can be added. Each roll is inspected before shipping, and third-party inspections are welcome.
