Our factory occupies 20 mu with about 100 workers, operating imported Japanese and Italian looms. Monthly production is 20,000 meters. We accept OEM/ODM orders with a 1,000-meter MOQ. This fabric is offered in weights from 8 to 16 momme, making it suitable for various garment types.
Fine Sand-like Crinkles and Good Recovery
The surface has a fine, sandy crinkle created by strong S/Z twists in both warp and weft. After dyeing, it becomes matte with soft light diffusion. At the same weight, this silk georgette chiffon is more opaque than plain chiffon and resists yarn slippage better. The crinkles give natural stretch and recovery, so wrinkles fall out easily. The drape is soft and breathable. We maintain strict quality control and inspect every roll before shipment. Third-party inspections are also welcome.
